What could be in the flash drive to Kim Jung-un?
A momentous summit between Trump and Kim Jong-un is taking place which has been led by another historic meeting between the two leaders of South and North Korea on 27th April.

There were some highlights from the meeting like when Kim Jung-un offered President Moon to cross over the border line with him to North Korea or when Moon and Kim took a walk over the footbridge and had a chat alone without the press and officials. Watching those scenes, people of two Koreas who spent around 70 years in an official state of war were moved and had more hope for peace in the Korea Peninsular than ever before.

Another notable thing happened during the meeting was when President Moon handed a USB flash drive in to Chairman Kim Jong-un. The flash drive allegedly contained the blueprint of economic cooperation between two Koreas under the circumstance of eased political and military tension.
Not only Jim Rogers said he is willing to put all of his money into North Korea, but many investors have their eye on North Korea for one of the most promising investment destinations. According to the survey conducted at the business forum of South-North Economic Cooperation right after the inter-Korea summit, 70% of 400 South Korean corporations answered they are willing to invest in North Korea with the sanctions withdrawn.

They ranked the top 3 industries to invest in and infrastructure ranked top with 46.9% followed by energy with 15.4% and manufacture with 14.2%. As for the investment destinations, North Korea-China-Russia border area ranked the top followed by Pyongyang and Kaesung.
Being inextricable from the local infrastructure to be developed, real estate in those areas, and relating areas in South Korea as well, holds great promise.
As a professional in commercial real estate and more importantly as a resident in the Korea Peninsular, I pray for peace in Korea with all my heart as the result of the recent historic meetings.
